Peartree Place, Great Finborough (2021)

This development by Ruby Homes (E.A.) consisted of 8 contemporary homes which werefinished to the highest specifications. Based in the heart of the Suffolk countryside, this development included a range of 2, 3 & 4 bed homes.

Mapleton Gardens Phase 2 (2021)

Following on from the success of the first phase Ruby Homes acquired the adjacent piece of land, accessed off the same new estate road.  Planning was granted for five very similar properties but this time featuring two 3 bed properties and a detached 2 bed.  All plots were reserved off plan in the first couple of weeks of launching and were completed in early 2021.

Bowl Meadow, Battisford (2020)

Ruby Homes development on Bowl Road, Battisford featured a selection of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom new-build homes. This development offered stylish, open plan properties in the idyllic village of Battisford in Suffolk.

Blenheim Grange, Watton (2019)

Ruby Homes (E.A.) development at Blenheim Grange, Watton was a selection of 2 and 3 bedroom homes finished to a high standard. The 8-house development was completed in 2019, with all properties selling in quick succession.

Violet Hill Road, Stowmarket (2019)

Our development in Violet Hill Road, Stowmarket featured five properties, two of which were rennovations from the old coach house. These properties featured a stunning refurbished flint wall from the original property.

Lower Farm Road, Ringshall (2022)

A stunning two bungalow development based in the heart of Ringshall, Suffolk. These properties were finished with top of the range furnishes, underfloor heating & wonderfully landscaped front and rear gardens. Both properties sold in quick succession after hitting the market in early 2020.
